Will I be charged if my domain gets rejected?
If a domain name gets rejected after you have applied for it you will not be billed.

Are there any hidden fees?
There are NO hidden fees with Aceipro. All possible fees are listed on our plan pages.

Incorrect Billing
If you believe you were incorrectly billed, please email us explaining what you think is wrong with your bill and we will explain or correct the situation for you ASAP.

How do I change my contact billing information?
Log into your Domain Name Manager by clicking Manage My Account at the top of the page. Then select the domain name and click Billing. Or email us your current and new billing details.

Uptime Guarantee
If your website uptime falls below 99% during a given month without advance notice from us, we will credit you with a full 1 month FREE web hosting. Submit an email stating your situation and we will review your account with you and credit your account accordingly.

Money Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your Hosting service with us for any reason or just wish to close the hosting account at any time during the first 3 days from purchase, you will get a full credit to your member account of all hosting fees paid, less any setup fees. Please email us.

How to change the ownership of my account?
Changing ownership of an account is a PERMANENT function. You will not be able to change the ownership back once you have made the change.
As you may know, ownership change means to transfer all of the rights and duties of the account to the designated person/entity. To protect your properties, we do not accept the application of ownership change online, by telephone or email.
We need you to fill in and fax back the following documentation. Listed fee's must be cleared before we can process your application. If application is complete you should receive confirmation of completion within 5 business days.

How do I renew my Domain Name?
If you have received a renewal notice from Aceipro, or just want to renew your domain name, you can do this on our website. Renewing your Domain Name registration with Aceipro is easy. Log into your Domain Manager and click Renew at the bottom of the page.
If you are not a Aceipro customer you will need to transfer your domain name to Aceipro before you renew. To start transferring your domain name, click here.

How do I renew my Hosting plan?
If you have received a renewal notice from Aceipro, or just want to renew your hosting plan, you can do this on our website. Renewing your hosting planwith Aceipro is easy. Log into your Domain Manager and click Renew Hosting on the menu to the left.

How do I renew my SSL Certificate?
You will need a new CSR for the domain. Once you have your CSR file created you will need to reapply for a new SSL.
