Manage your Website Design

Sales Questions

	Can I have a shopping cart facility on my website? There is currently no shopping cart or eCommerce facility available for the Custom Web Design platform. Please register your interest via emailing our support team at support@aceipro.com
	Can I set up email accounts with my website? Yes, Website Design includes Web and Email hosting. You can setup multiple email addresses for your new website.
	Can I update the website once built? When your Website Design is complete you can login to the CMS (as noted in the 'How To' section above) and update text and pictures.
	Can I change the text content anytime I want? Yes, you can update your website text, selected images and contact information 24/7 via the Content Management System.
	Can I add pictures by myself? Yes, we can include a photo gallery on your website, simply request this in your website brief. Images that are not part of the website content area cannot be updated.
	Are there any hidden fees? There are NO hidden fees with Aceipro. All possible fees are listed on our plan pages.

General Questions

	Can I add extra buttons? Extra buttons cannot be added, these are fixed. If you require more pages you will need to purchase additional pages within your member's area.
	Can I FTP Access My Website? FTP access is not available to any Website Designs, this is because the underlying software is copyrighted and belongs to Aceipro.
	Can I get a copy of my website? Copies of your website are not supplied. Aceipro keep a track record of backups for internal purposes. If you require graphics from your website they can be downloaded directly from the page.
	Can I add special scripts and features? These websites are limited to what can be installed on them. please consult your project manager for approval if scripts are required.
	Who owns my website? Websites are purchased on annual bases. They cannot be moved, relocated or downloaded. The software running these websites belongs to Aceipro. Your plan licence will allow you to use this software.
	I have my own server and I just need a design for the website. Do you offer that service? No, we are only able to design and build websites that utilise our Content Management System and Web Hosting.
